HOW DOES BILLING FOR MULTI-SITE ORGANISATIONS WORK?
The administrator of a company or organisation manages and pays for all users under a single monthly or annual statement.
CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?
We are so confident you will love our platform you will never want to cancel. However, if you want to, you can cancel at any time. No questions asked.
IF I CANCEL WHAT DO I DO WITH THE HARDWARE?
You can keep it.
WHAT HARDWARE IS PROVIDED?
Depending on the package you buy depends on the hardware quantities.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ANY OF MY HARDWARE DEVICES STOP WORKING?
No problem. We will replace any device that fails under warranty. All you need to do is let us know and return the faulty device. If a device is broken due to human error we will still replace it, however charges may apply.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE BATTERIES RUN OUT OF OUR LOGGERS?
The batteries should last at least 3 years however when they do run low we will send out replacements at no cost to you.
